Matcha Coconut Water Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial)
- 1/4 cup hot water (about 175°F / 80°C)
- 3/4 cup chilled coconut water (unsweetened)
- Ice
Instructions:
- Whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.
- In a glass filled with ice, pour in the coconut water and lime juice.
- Slowly pour the matcha over the coconut water to create a layered effect
