Matcha Coconut Water

Matcha Coconut Water Recipe 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial)
  • 1/4 cup hot water (about 175°F / 80°C)
  • 3/4 cup chilled coconut water (unsweetened)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.
  2. In a glass filled with ice, pour in the coconut water and lime juice.
  3. Slowly pour the matcha over the coconut water to create a layered effect
