Frequently Ask Questions

Q: How will I be notified of upcoming drops/collectioins?

Follow me on Instagram for updates and behind-the-scenes :)

Q: Are your pieces handmade?

Yes, each piece  is handcrafted with care, ensuring that no two are exactly alike. This uniqueness adds to the charm and authenticity of each piece.

Q: Are your pieces dishwasher safe?

While pieces are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve their beauty and longevity. Avoid using sharp objects to prevent scratches on the surface.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

I am sorry! Please contact within 24 hours of receiving with photos, and  a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Q: Do you do international shipping for your pieces?

Unfortunately, I do not do international shipping at the moment.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final.

Q: Are your pieces food-safe?

All clay bodies and glazes are commercially sourced and are labeled by their manufacturers as food-safe and lead- and cadmium-free in their raw, unfired state.

Q: Have your finished pieces been lab-tested for leaching?

No. I do not send individual finished pieces to third-party laboratories for chemical leach testing (e.g., ASTM C738). My safety practices rely on manufacturer-formulated, labeled food-safe materials combined with correct firing to full maturity, not independent post-firing lab verification. Manufacturer technical information for the clay body and glazes used may be available upon request.

Q: What does “fired to maturity” mean, and why does it matter?

Each glaze has a manufacturer-specified firing temperature (cone) at which it fully melts and fuses into a stable glass surface bonded to the clay. I follow manufacturer firing specifications for each glaze used.
