🍵 Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte (Hot)

A cozy twist on a classic matcha latte with warm fall spices and creamy pumpkin.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial)
  • 1/2 cup hot water (not boiling, about 175°F / 80°C)
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk (oat, almond, or coconut work great)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • Optional: dash of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.
  2. In a saucepan, warm the milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla (if using). Whisk until fully combined and hot but not boiling.
  3. Pour the pumpkin milk mixture into mug/cup.
  4. Top with the matcha tea and stir gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice on top for garnish.

Tip: Serve in a wide-mouthed mug to enjoy the aroma. Perfect for chilly mornings or cozy evenings.

Cool, refreshing, and loaded with cozy fall flavor — a perfect iced alternative.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until fully dissolved and frothy. Let it cool slightly.
  2. In a shaker or glass, combine milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice. Mix well.
  3. Fill a glass with ice
  4. Pour in the milk mixture, then slowly top with the matcha to get a beautiful layered effect.
  5. Stir before drinking, and enjoy!

Optional: Add a splash of vanilla or cinnamon syrup for extra warmth.
